What we collect

When you request early access, SUSREV stores your email address and the date you joined the waitlist.

When you use the comparison beta, your question is processed to generate answers but is not intentionally stored by SUSREV. To prevent abuse, we keep a daily one-way hash derived from your network address and a request count. The hash changes each day and is not used to identify you.

Why we use it

We use your email only to invite you to the SUSREV beta and to send essential updates about that invitation. We do not sell your email or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is kept

Waitlist details are stored in our Cloudflare-hosted database. Access is limited to the SUSREV team managing beta invitations.

Beta questions are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI using Cloudflare-hosted AI models. Do not include passwords, financial information, medical records, confidential business information, or other sensitive personal data in a question.

When the structured final-answer feature is enabled, your question, the generated model answers, and relevant retrieved public-source excerpts are also sent to OpenAI to organize the final answer. SUSREV requests that this API response is not stored by OpenAI. OpenAI processes the request under its own privacy terms. Do not include sensitive personal or confidential information in a question.

When a question explicitly asks for current information, prices, offers, availability, verification, links, or sources, it may also be sent to Tavily to search and extract relevant public web pages. SUSREV does not intentionally store the question itself for this search. We may temporarily cache the retrieved public source excerpts and a one-way hash of the question for up to six hours to reduce repeated searches and credit use. Tavily processes the request under its own privacy terms.

For product, vehicle, property, food, furniture, and similar discovery questions, Tavily may also return representative image links. If a representative image is shown, your browser requests it directly from the external website that hosts it. That website may receive standard technical request data such as your IP address and browser information. Representative images are labelled clearly and are not presented as photographs of a specific listing.

AI results

AI answers can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. SUSREV helps compare model responses, but it does not verify facts and is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Your choices

You can ask us to remove your waitlist entry at any time by emailing privacy@susrev.app. We will not keep your email longer than needed to run the beta and its invitation process.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes materially, we will update the date above before using your information in a new way.
